I've never been one of those people that loves the gym...we have more of a love-hate relationship. I've always felt kind of clueless with the weights and fancy machines - anyone else with me on this? Basically I would go to the gym and do my thing but by no means was I getting the best workout.
A few of my girlfriends have been obsessed with ClassPass so I looked more into it and decided to join. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the $99/month price tag, which was $30 more than I was paying for my gym membership. But then rationalized it because most classes are around $15-$20 each class.
Now, let's fast forward a month into ClassPass... I can honestly tell you I'm obsessed! I've finally found the motivation I needed and look forward to going to my classes. I've never been more sore from working out. I've pushed myself outside of my comfort zone and am trying so many different classes that I never thought I would take, like TRX, Pure Barre, Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga, etc. There's something totally addicting and fulfilling about taking classes either by yourself or with your girlfriends. ClassPass even offer a class option for gym time, so I can still go to the gym on the days I want to get some cardio in.
DISCLOSURE: As I write this I'm terribly sore from TRX yesterday!
