I'm baaackk!! And hopefully will stop disappearing on y'all!  I didn't want to just put out a crappy blog post just to post something - I value your time way more than that! We've had so much going on and unfortunately some things take priority over the blog; plus I just haven't had the patience or felt creative sitting here in front of my computer to come up with content. But here I am, in the flesh sitting at my desk and feeling rejuvenated.

I have a newfound obsession with bodysuits. Literally, they are everything, until you need to use the restroom (but that's besides the point!). I got my first one and my immediate thought was 'what in the world do I wear this with?!' - anyone else with me on this?

You can basically wear a bodysuit year round - it works in rain or shine, and in Summer or Winter. All you have to do is change the sleeve length, switch between pants or shorts. Below are a few different ways to style a body suit with jeans, a skirt and shorts. I hope you fall in love with this two-piece combination as much as I do!

A bodysuit and jeans can be dressed down or dressed up. Throw on your favorite bodysuit, simple accessories, and a handbag.

An a-line skirt or maxi skirt paired with a bodysuit is the perfect way to dress up your outfit.

A pair of high-waisted distressed shorts go perfectly with a bodysuit for summer and transitioning into chillier temperatures. I love the idea of accessorizing it with a bandana, blazer or jacket.

Green Jumpsuit

Green Jumpsuit (also in Red) || Grey Long Sleeve Shirt (on sale) || Gorjana Necklace || Four Threads Gold Spike Bracelet || Initial Bracelet || Gorjana Ring || Shoes (old, but love these and here) || Nails: Essie in "Penny Talk"

I've only been able to find one jumpsuit that actually fits me (last seen here) so have been on the look out for another one because let's face's like wearing pajamas! I always forget how comfortable a jumpsuit is until I put one on again. Anyone else with me?! I wore this jumpsuit to our Valentine's Day dinner at Frascati and managed to spill olive oil down the my whole thigh (pretty awesome, huh!). I guess you win some and you loose some! ;-)

Hopefully you'll have better with this olive green jumpsuit that I did! ;-) I love the olive green color, then added some contrast with a ribbed grey long sleeve, and finished off with a simple nude pump. This is one of those outfits you can wear to a business function, girls night out, date night or's super trendy and versatile!

PS - Today is my birthday! My best friend flew in from Atlanta and we're road tripping from SF to LA along the coast. And we're stopping at the Madonna Inn (hello, pink hotel!!) tonight in SLO. Make sure to follow me on Instagram to see what we're up to!

Meet Met In Paree

Travel, FashionVeronica ArrietaComment

My husband and I literally ate our way rough Paris, and I'm not even kidding. Since we were coming from London, we took the EuroStar straight to Paris. The train was only 2 hours and then boom we were in the middle of Paris and boy was it hot - a mere 90 degrees and sunny. This was my first time to Paris so I was super excited. We stayed at the W Opera hotel with our Starwood points, which was perfect and looked straight at the beautiful opera house across the street.

We were starving so walked to Tuileries Garden to grab a quick bite with a view then off to explore. Our first stop was Notre-Dame, but made a pit stop for ice cream at Berthillion - an absolute must stop on the Ile Saint-Louis. I got the salted caramel ice cream and strawberry sorbet in their double cones. (Disclosure: self control is a must - you will go back for seconds or thirds.)

Then we walked along the Seine river towards Notre-Dame. There was a long line outside but went really quick! Once we got inside, there was a Catholic mass going on, which made it all the more beautiful to walk through. Before headed out, Mike and I stopped and sat in the pews for a few minutes to thank our blessings.

Next stop was Cafe de Flore in Saint-Germain, which is one of the oldest and most prestigious coffeehouses in Paris celebrated for its famous clientele. We sat outside for some great people-watching, while sipping a glass of rosé (make sure to ask for chips) before heading back to freshen up at the hotel before dinner at Pirouette

Pirouette is a trendy restaurant that was recommended to us by a few people. We had a local bottle of wine and ate (2) French baguettes that were to die for. Literally, we had probably eaten 4 baguettes by this point. (I don't understand why the bread is so amazing in Paris). We ordered the tasting menu and each got there courses.

To dinner I wore this fun Topshop white dress with a beaded colorful collar and these black pointy flats. Then during the day, I kept on light colors because the crazy hot heat. I wore a Zara t-shirt and white Topshop jeans with my trusty black Sam Edelman flats.

Next stop is the Louvre and Eiffel Tower.
