Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

All orders take approximately 1-4 business days to ship. All shipping is done Monday thru Friday, except on holidays. If an item is pre-ordered or out of stock it may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. We cannot update your order once your order has been placed. Orders are shipped via USPS, which averages 2-7 days delivery within the United States. Please note that shipping times may vary, and delivery may take up to two weeks due to weather conditions.

U.S. standard shipping is free on orders over $50. All domestic orders come standard with tracking information. Once your shipping label has been created, an email with shipping notification and tracking number will be sent to the email used to make the purchase.

Please note that once the tracking status for your package has been created, and your items are in the mail, the package is no longer the responsibility of Four Threads. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

Promo Code

You may only use one promo code at time of purchase. 

Returns & Exchanges

To return your order, please email us at within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. The email must include your invoice number and a brief explanation as to why you want to return the item. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your items. Due to the return shipping costs, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to Four Threads HQ. 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to give you a refund or store credit within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. All items must be in their original condition (not worn or altered in any way) and in original packaging. Earrings and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Once we receive the return and process it as requested, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the order. Please allow 2-5 business days for the return to be received and processed. 

Four Threads is not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
